These Terms govern the purchase, handcrafted fabrication, doorstep delivery, and usage of Outora furniture products.
Scope & Atelier Relationship
These Terms apply to all transactions, commissions, orders, and spatial consultations conducted through the Outora digital platform or directly with our global ateliers in Zürich, Kyoto, Mallorca, and Los Angeles. By placing an order or approving an architectural specification brief, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.
Orders & Bespoke Commissions
Orders submitted via our online shopping cart represent a binding offer to purchase. A purchase contract is formed upon the issuance of an official Outora Order Confirmation containing assigned production numbers. For custom and bespoke commissions, fabrication begins only upon formal sign-off of fabrication drawings and receipt of the designated deposit.
Noble Materials & Natural Variations
Outora crafts exterior furnishings exclusively from matured, sustainably certified Grade-A plantation teak, anodized aircraft-grade aluminum, marine-grade stainless steel, and Sunbrella® high-performance architectural textiles. Natural variations in grain pattern, mineral deposits, tonal depth, and gradual silver-grey patination are inherent characteristics of living materials and are celebrated as marks of authenticity.
10-Year Structural Guarantee
Every piece crafted by Outora carries an unconditional 10-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects and joint failure under standard residential exterior conditions. Cushions and removable textile covers carry a 5-year colorfastness warranty.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and all purchase agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising hereunder shall be the competent commercial courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
